In Addition to Visitor Guide other Friends Projects
• In the Visitor’s Guide FBSF will group all of each county’s adventures together. This will help our visitors to take full advantage of the county that they are in. Also, there will be a suggested 4 day vacation that will have our visitors in each of the six (6) counties. This package will also be sent to Motor Coach Tour Bus companies.
• The Visitor’s Guide will enable all of us to have one uniform guide for a “fulfillment” booklet to mail out to our future visitors. We will also use it as a fulfillment piece for trade shows.
Pamphlet:
In order to receive the most for our funds, and reach the greatest number of people the pamphlet will be a sampling of “What to do in the Big South Fork”.
Tour Maps:
The size of our map will be increased which will enable us to have it folded. Added to the map will be suggested routes for (printed in different colors) motorcycling – biking- antiques and crafts. This will make the map a more rounded map.
Hospitality Awareness:
The Hospitality Awareness manual is a work book molded to fit our area. This workbook/manual will be a 4 hour course geared to help our people realize the importance of being friendly, nice, courteous and how to give simple directions. We need to remind them that it is the customers which are paying their salary. “Friends Helping Friends” Hospitality Program will become the anchor for helping to fulfill this need.
Photography:
FBSF to compile a library of high quality photos of the region. These photographs will be available to anyone to use free of charge.
FBSF – Web Site Development / Revamping
FSBF will have our site totally revamped making it more user friendly and make it an interactive site with links.
